Rides

How do I request a ride?
Tap "Request a ride" on the homepage, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, confirm the fare, and wait for a driver to accept.
How is the fare calculated?
The fare is calculated based on distance and service type. We show the fixed price up front so you know exactly what to pay.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Currently, PikiPiki supports on-demand rides only. Scheduled rides are coming soon.
What if my driver cancels?
If a driver cancels, you'll be notified and can request a new ride immediately. You won't be charged.

Deliveries

How do I send a package?
Tap "Send a package" or switch to the Delivery tab on the booking page. Enter pickup, destination, and package details.
What can I send?
You can send documents, food, small parcels, and other items that fit on a motorcycle. Fragile or oversized items are not recommended.
How do I track my delivery?
Once a driver accepts, you can track the delivery in real-time on the map from the active ride page.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
PikiPiki currently supports cash payments only. Pay your driver directly at the end of the trip. Mobile Money support is being prepared and will be clearly announced once it is live.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The fare shown in the app is what you pay. No surge pricing, no service fees, no surprises.

Account & Safety

How do I create an account?
Tap "Sign up", enter your name and phone number, then verify the 6-digit code we send to you on WhatsApp.
How do I become a PikiPiki driver?
Open the PikiPiki Driver app and sign in with WhatsApp. A PikiPiki team member will review and approve your driver access.
Is PikiPiki safe?
Yes. All drivers are verified and you can track your ride in real-time. For now, accepted rides use direct phone contact with the matched driver, while we continue improving in-app contact controls.
